In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, pitching our services, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and event sectors
  • Generate leads through online research, outbound communication, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored event solutions
  • Pitch Instep Events’ services with confidence and clarity
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed projects
  • Collaborate with the operations and creative teams for smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, forecasts, and closures
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
