Instep Events is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Public Relations Intern to join our team.
We specialize in corporate events, product launches, weddings, and premium brand experiences — and we want someone who can help us amplify our voice, strengthen brand presence, and build lasting media relationships.

As a PR Intern, you will work closely with our communications and creative team to support press outreach, content development, and brand storytelling. You will help ensure that every event we execute not only looks exceptional, but also reaches the right audience through strategic communication and media exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build media contact lists in relevant event, lifestyle, and corporate sectors
• Assist in drafting press releases, event announcements, and media pitches
• Support outreach to journalists, influencers, bloggers, and publication houses
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and PR-related partners
• Monitor media coverage and maintain reports of PR activities
• Assist in creating social media captions, PR content, and brand communication copies
• Attend virtual meetings to understand event details and highlight key talking points
• Support live event coverage when required (online/offline)
• Maintain organized records of outreach, mentions, and media communication
• Contribute ideas for increasing visibility and brand awareness
